PrimeFire Premium Pellets exceed all current standards and set new benchmarks for modern and efficient heating with wood pellets. The particularly high proportion of pellets within the ideal length range ensures maximum heating performance and the best possible efficiency in day-to-day use.
PrimeFire Premium pellets ensure the best conditions for trouble-free operation of a heating system. The homogeneity of the pellets enables optimum filling of the combustion chamber and thus ensures a balanced pore distribution in the ember bed. This leads to better combustion and a low ash content and contributes to a long service life of the burner and boiler.
PrimeFire Premium pellets provide pleasant warmth on cold days and a relaxed atmosphere in the living room. As an ecological heat source, the pellets offer all the benefits for the future of heating and can be used in all fireplaces in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions for pellet stoves, pellet fireplaces and pellet heating systems.
PrimeFire Premium Pellets are manufactured in compliance with the highest quality standards. The consistently high level of quality is certified by ENplus A1. This ensures that the entire supply chain can be traced from production to the customer.
PrimeFire Premium pellets are sustainable and environmentally friendly. The pellets are produced in the sawmill from the byproducts of sawing. The wood comes exclusively from certified and sustainable forestry – this is in harmony with nature.
PrimeFire Premium pellets are of the highest quality standard in all technical values. As a result, PrimeFire Premium pellets achieve maximum calorific value and a low ash content.
| Net Calorific Value | ≥ 4,6 kWh/kg | ||
| Fine content | ≤ 0,5 % | ||
| Mechanical strength | ≥ 98,0 % | ||
| Water content | ≤ 10,0 % | ||
| Ash content | ≤ 0,70 % |
The calorific value refers to the amount of heat released during the combustion of wood pellets, excluding the heat of condensation of the water. With a value of ≥4.6 kWh/kg, PrimeFire Premium Pellets meet the ENplus A1 standard and demonstrate a very good calorific value. This ensures greater energy output and, consequently, greater cost-efficiency when heating.
Abrasion results from mechanical stresses during the transport and storage of pellets. The lower the abrasion – or the higher the mechanical strength – the less prone to faults the heating system is. PrimeFire achieves ≥ 98 per cent, confirming compliance with the ENplus A1 standard. This reflects the outstanding quality of PrimeFire Premium Pellets.
Fine particles in wood pellets are defined as particles smaller than 3.15 millimetres. A high proportion of small particles has a negative effect on combustion and, in many cases, causes malfunctions in the heating system. A high proportion of fine particles in the pellets also results in more ash. With a figure of <0.5%, PrimeFire Premium Pellets also meet the ENplus A1 requirements in this respect.
The ash content is the amount of combustion residue produced when wood pellets are burnt. PrimeFire Premium Pellets have an ash content of ≤ 0.7 per cent, which is below current standards. This ensures that the heating system runs smoothly and prevents the build-up of deposits. PrimeFire’s low ash content also reduces emissions during heating.
The moisture content of wood pellets refers to the percentage of water relative to the total mass of wood. The ENplus A1 standard limits the moisture content to a maximum of 10 per cent. PrimeFire Premium Pellets comply with this standard. This results in a soot-free combustion and reduces heating costs.
PrimeFire certified qualityENplus is the quality certificate for wood pellets and controls the entire supply chain. It thus offers quality assurance and transparency in pellet production.

All answers about PrimeFire Premium Pellets
PrimeFire Premium Pellets are wood pellets of the highest quality, naturally pressed wood chips with no binding agents.
Suitable wood pellets should be certified at minimum in accordance with the specifications of ENplus A1. Our PrimeFire Premium Pellets are certified and even exceed all current standards. The optimised pellet flow ensures optimum combustion with the best possible efficiency. This consistently high level of quality is what sets PrimeFire Premium Pellets apart.
You can obtain our PrimeFire Premium Pellets from our certified contractual partners. Please feel free to contact us and we will help you.
The raw material for our PrimeFire Premium Pellets comes exclusively from certified and sustainable forestry. The pellets are produced in compliance with the highest quality standards.
The pellets are made from about 90% sawmill by-products such as sawdust and residual wood, which are by-products of the sawmill industry.
Wood pellets are CO2-neutral because when they are burned, only the amount of CO2 that the tree extracted from the atmosphere during growth is released. Thus, pellets are in line with a renewable and environmentally friendly use of resources.
Since wood pellets are not perishable goods, they do not have a shelf life. If stored in a dry place, without mechanical impacts, they can be kept for a period of time without any loss of quality. Nevertheless, it is recommended to store the pellets for a maximum of 3 years.
ENplus A1 is a recognised quality certificate for wood pellets. The strictly defined properties mean that the entire supply chain from production to the customer is monitored. Our PrimeFire Premium Pellets are subject to these strict quality criteria and are ENplus A1 certified.
